Preparation and Presentation that is Pleasing to the Palate


REGISTER NOW for any of the upcoming Island of Mallorca tour dates (March - October 2005). Registration deadline is six weeks before the start of each tour.



Mallorca BeachesDay 1 – Saturday
  • Arrive on the beautiful island of Mallorca.
  • Transfer to Hotel Java in Palma for check in and relaxation.
  • Lunch at the Hotel and free time for relax and for a nice walk along the beach.
  • Dinner at the Hotel.


Day 2 – Sunday
  • Breakfast at the Hotel.
  • Drive to Orquidea Pearls.
  • Observe the Paella being prepared (Paella is a very unique rice dish).
  • Tour of Palma (visit the Cathedral, Bellver Castle).
  • Speech and Lunch at the Hostelery (Culinary) School of Mallorca.
  • Visit Valldemosa and La Cartuja, piano concert (Chopin plays).
  • Dinner at the Hotel.


Drach Caves - MallorcaDay 3 – Monday
  • Breakfast at the Hotel.
  • Lunch at the Restaurant.
  • Visit the world famous Drach Caves.
  • Dinner at the Hotel.


Gordiola Glass FactoryDay 4 – Tuesday
  • Breakfast at the Hotel.
  • Drive to Sineu (browse local products market, free time).
  • Stop at Gordiola (glass factory).
  • Observe lunch being prepared.
  • Lunch at a restaurant (Cellar, traditional majorquin meal).
  • Free time at the Hotel.
  • Drive to Palma, visit an aperitif in Abaco - majorquin 17th century aristocrat's house.
  • Dinner in downtown (tapas).


Wooden Train at SollerDay 5 – Wednesday
  • Breakfast at the Hotel.
  • Island Touring.
  • Lunch in restaurant by the sea.
  • Boat ride along the western coast of the Island.
  • Wooden train ride back to Palma.
  • Dinner at the Hotel.


La Granja MansionDay 6 – Thursday
  • Breakfast at the Hotel.
  • Drive to La Granja (3,000 square meter 2-story historical mansion, rooms, patios, kitchen where we'll observe preparation of typical mallorca's food).
  • Lunch in La Granja.
  • Drive to Palma (free time for shopping).
  • Dinner at the marina restaurant or Celler Sa Prensa.


Mallorca - Wine TastingDay 7 – Friday
  • Breakfast at the Hotel.
  • Drive to Santa Maria, stop to visit Bodegas Macia Batle, wine tasting.
  • Formentor (north of the Island).
  • Observe lunch being prepared.
  • Lunch at the restaurant.
  • Dinner at the Hotel.


Bellver Castle - MallorcaDay 8 – Saturday
  • Breakfast at the Hotel.
  • Depart to the airport.
